How it works
Products, variants and stock
Create products with categories, images, size and colour variants, and stock levels per variant. When something sells out, it shows as sold out — no oversold jerseys.
Orders into the ledger
Families order and pay from the portal; each order lands in the finance ledger against the family, alongside subs and invoices. Fulfilment status tracks what has been handed over.

Step by step
- 1Open Club › Shop and add your first product.
- 2Set variants (sizes, colours) and stock per variant.
- 3Publish — families see the storefront in their portal.
- 4As orders arrive, mark them fulfilled when kit is handed over.
- 5Reconcile takings in Finance — shop income is already in the ledger.
