How it works
Calendar + agenda
See the month grid or a scrolling agenda. Events and games sit together. Click an event to open its detail (with a venue map and weather); click a game to open the Game Center.
Attendance & availability
From an event you can mark the roster present/absent/excused/late in one go. Parents RSVP available / maybe / unavailable from the portal, and you see a per-event summary so you know your numbers.
Calendar subscription
Turn on a live feed and the schedule appears in Google/Apple/Outlook and stays in sync — new fixtures show up on their own. There's also a one-off .ics download.
Step by step
- 1Open Schedule and choose calendar or agenda.
- 2Add a practice or game with a date, time and venue.
- 3Open an event to take attendance and see RSVPs.
- 4Use 'Subscribe in your calendar' for an always-current feed.
