How it works
Messages & announcements
Hold conversations scoped to the team, and broadcast announcements parents see in the portal. Everything is private to your academy.
The notification bell
Reminders are generated for tasks due soon (or overdue) and events starting soon. The bell shows an unread count; read items stay in the list (de-emphasised) rather than vanishing, and clicking an event reminder opens that exact event.
Step by step
- 1Open Messages to chat with staff or parents.
- 2Post an announcement parents see in the portal.
- 3Click the bell to see reminders.
- 4Click a reminder to jump straight to the player or event.
