I built RinkTracker because I needed it. I'm a hockey dad with two skaters — Matt, who plays for Sutton Sting U16, and Rebecca, who plays for Sheffield U12 — and between them our week fills up fast: team practice at two different rinks, extra skating, private lessons, off-ice training, games and the kit that goes with all of it.
Juggling that across calendars, group chats and the back of receipts was a part-time job. I wanted one place that knew the schedule, knew what the season was costing, and worked in a rink basement with no signal — so I built it, between sessions, from the viewing gallery.
