Do parents and players pay anything?: No. Parent and player access is always free and unlimited on every plan. You pay for the club workspace, not per family.
What counts towards the player cap?: Active, rostered players in your workspace. Staff, coaches, parents and archived players are free and unlimited.
What happens if we grow past our cap?: Nothing breaks — we will get in touch about moving up a tier. You are never locked out of your players mid-season.
Is there a contract or can we cancel any time?: Monthly plans roll month to month and you can cancel whenever you like. Annual plans run for the season year and simply do not renew if you cancel.
Are there fees on Direct Debit collections?: GoCardless charges its standard transaction fees, passed through at cost. RinkTracker adds no markup and takes no cut of your subs.
Can you help us move off spreadsheets?: Yes. Every new club gets an onboarding walkthrough, and the Performance plan includes assisted import of your players, teams and schedule.
How is children's data looked after?: RinkTracker is built for UK junior sport: consent-gated parent access, players' own safe logins that never expose parent data, role-based access to medical records, imagery consent and an audit trail. We run more than one club — is there an association plan?: Yes. Multi-club and association arrangements are priced by conversation — every workspace stays fully isolated, with the association reporting you need on top.
