The programme — Parents & players

No. 05

One child. One clear view.

Families get their own portal — progress, schedule, payments and the team feed for their child, and only their child. It opens when consent is recorded, every player can have their own safe login, and it never costs a family a penny.

Access

No. 05

Consent first. Scope always.

A parent's account is linked to their child and nothing else — no other player's name, photo or progress, ever. Access starts when the club records consent, and what a family can see is decided by the club's safeguarding settings, not by defaults.

  • Child-scoped by design — never another player's data
  • Availability, RSVPs and medical details managed by the family

Access begins when the club records consent — not before.

A player's login shows their training only. Parent sections live in the parent's own account.

Every player gets their own way in.

Players love checking their own progress — so give them a login of their own. A parent sets up a simple username and 4-digit PIN, and the player signs in to a player's view: their goals, their homework, their next session. Parent-only sections don't exist for a player login — no finance, no medical, no messages — and no child contact details ever reach the coach.

  • Own username + 4-digit PIN, set up by a parent in seconds
  • Parent-only content withheld server-side — a player never sees it

Everything a family needs for the week.

The next session with an RSVP button, the off-ice task with an upload slot for proof, the coach's note from Tuesday, this month's subs status — and The Loop, where the team's photos, polls and announcements live. One login, not three apps and a chat scroll.

  • Task proof uploads — photo or video, straight from the phone
  • Subs and payment status, visible without asking the treasurer
  • The Loop: the team feed, polls and updates

Reports

No. 05

Progress you can actually talk about.

When a development report is published, the family reads what the coach approved: levels against age expectations, the 4 corners, and what comes next. Parents add their voice to reviews too — the plan is shared, so the car ride home finally has the same information the bench does.

  • Coach-approved reports with read receipts
  • The parent voice scored into 4-corner reviews

Publishing is not communicating — read receipts close the loop with every family.
