The parent portal

A safe, child-scoped view for a parent or guardian of their linked children — development, schedule, attendance, game roster, invoices, and clearly labelled family actions. Body-fat is never shown; only notes a coach explicitly shares appear.

How it works

Invite + consent

A coach invites a parent by email (or a tokenised link). The parent signs in, passes a one-time consent gate (a privacy notice), and then sees only children linked to that account.

What a parent can do

Coach-owned development records stay under coach control, with family actions clearly separated.

  • See skills, goals, tasks/worksheets, schedule, attendance and game stats
  • RSVP availability and submit task or training details for coach review
  • Provide their child's medical details and their own contact details
  • View and print invoices addressed to their child

Step by step

  1. 1The coach invites the parent by email or link.
  2. 2The parent signs in and accepts the consent notice.
  3. 3They land on the portal and select a linked child if there is more than one.
  4. 4They keep medical + contact details up to date and RSVP to events.
