Enrolments
An enrolment links a player to a subscription plan for the season — who is on U14 monthly subs, who joined mid-term, who left. 'Who still owes for March' becomes a filter, not an investigation.

Set season budgets by category, and watch the forecast track against actual collections from the ledger. Committee night starts from one number everyone can see.
