Sensitive tools live behind senior roles.

How it works

Concerns and the injury log

Record safeguarding concerns and accident/injury entries against the facts: who, when, what was done, who was informed. Records archive tamper-evidently — they can be added to, never quietly edited away.

Consent and medical gating

Imagery consent is recorded per player and enforced wherever media appears. Medical details are visible only to senior roles — and every view of them is logged.

  • Per-player imagery consent, enforced in media
  • Medical records gated to head coach and above
  • Every access to a sensitive record is logged

The audit trail

The activity log records the sensitive actions across the workspace — who viewed a medical note, who changed a consent, who published a report. When a question is asked, the answer is a log.

Step by step

  1. 1Open Club › Safeguarding (senior roles only).
  2. 2Record a concern or injury entry with the facts as they happened.
  3. 3Check imagery consent status from the player's profile.
  4. 4Review the activity log for access to sensitive records.
