How it works

Skill assessments

Assess passing, shooting, skating, puck control, positioning, game IQ, fitness and coachability on an observable L1–L5 ladder, with half-steps available. Age-band targets show what on-track looks like. Each assessment is kept, so the radar can overlay start-of-season vs now and the profile shows all-time gains.

Goals

Set a development goal with an optional skill link and target. Progress is read live from the latest assessment, so a goal ticks up on its own as the player improves.

Worksheets & tasks

Assign a task or rich worksheet with media and an optional understanding check. The player or guardian submits what they completed, with a note and proof where useful. It enters the shared work-review queue for a coach to accept or send back with a next step.

Step by step

  1. 1Open a player and go to Skills.
  2. 2Click 'New evaluation', choose an observable level for each skill and save.
  3. 3On Development, add a goal and link it to a skill + target.
  4. 4Assign a worksheet; review the player's submission in the work-review queue.
