Create a goal from the assessment gap.
How it works
Goals with a spine
A goal names a skill, a target level and a date, and is owned by the player and coach together. Because it links to the assessment that created it, progress is measured automatically at the next review.
Tasks and proof
Each goal breaks into tasks with due days — driveway drills, wall passes, watch-this-clip. The player or guardian records what was completed and can attach photo or video proof. The submission waits in one coach review queue until it is accepted as evidence or sent back with a clear next step.
- Tasks carry due days and instructions
- Completion details and proof enter the review queue
- Accepted work feeds the next review
Step by step
- 1Open a player and review their latest assessment.
- 2Create a goal from the biggest gap — skill, target level, date.
- 3Add two or three weekly tasks under the goal.
- 4The family submits completion details and proof from the portal.
- 5Accept the work as evidence or send it back with a next step.
- 6At the next assessment, review the evidence and update the goal.
