Schedule, games & availability

The schedule keeps your season organised in one place — practices, games and everything in between — and connects to attendance, game stats and parent availability.

Events

Every entry on the schedule is an event of one of four types:

• Practice
• Game
• Dryland
• Other

Each event can optionally be set at a venue or rink.

Venues and rinks

Your academy manages its own list of venues. To get started quickly, use the Load UK rink list helper, which imports rinks from the EIHA list so you can attach events to real venues without typing them in by hand.

Games, rosters and box scores

For a game you can record:

• The opponent.
• The score.
• A dressed roster of the players who took part.
• Box-score stats for the game.

Attendance

Attendance is recorded per event, so you always have a record of who turned up to each practice and game. Over a season this feeds into your understanding of each player's commitment alongside their development data.

Parent availability (RSVPs)

From their portal, parents can mark availability for events as Available, Maybe or Unavailable. This helps you plan rosters ahead of time. See The parent portalfor the parent's view.
