Progression reports

Turn your development data into a deep, data-driven report for a player or a team.

A progression report pulls together everything you've recorded into a single, data-driven view of how a player or team is developing. The richer your development data, the more insightful the report.

Player and team reports

You can generate a report for an individual player or for a whole team. Player reports focus on one athlete's journey; team reports give you a squad-wide picture.

What the analysis includes

Each report draws on a range of computed measures, including:

  • Trajectory — the direction of travel, derived from a regression slope.
  • Momentum — how recent progress compares to the longer-term trend.
  • Volatility — how consistent or variable the scores have been.
  • Squad percentile — where the player sits relative to their peers.
  • Per-skill change — movement on each of the eight skills.
  • Goal velocity — how quickly the player is moving towards their goals.
  • A recommended focus — where to direct attention next.

Optional AI assistance

Reports can be AI-assisted to add a written summary on top of the numbers. This is off by default — you choose whether to turn it on when you generate a report. The underlying analysis is computed from your data either way.

Review, approve, publish and confirm

Every generated report starts as a draft. Read it, edit it if needed, then approve the current version. Approval unlocks publishing; editing an approved draft clears that approval so the changed version must be checked again.

Publishing a player report makes it visible in the parent portal for that child. The report then shows read and acknowledgement receipts, including any optional family comment. Team reports remain a squad-wide coaching view rather than appearing against an individual child. Body-fat is never shown to families.
